The European Organisation for Strategic Planning (EOSP) on direct assignment by Pollutec organised a delegation of Local Self-government entities from Greece. Aims of the visit to the 19th Exhibition - Conference of Pollutec 2003 were the participation to the conference and the briefing on issues that concerned the activity areas of the Local Self-government.

There was participation of representatives from countries of Europe, North and South America, Australia and Asia, as well as representatives of international self-government entities, corporations and organizations.
