The European Organisation for Strategic Planning in collaboration with the Municipalities of Kissamos, Mythimni and Innachori, organised on 8th and 9th October 2005, in Kissamos, a conference with subject:
"Local Development - Entrepreneurship, the role of Self-government Organisations".
During the conference the need for collaboration of the three municipalities was particularly emphasised, which can be the beginning of the procedure for their union, in order to become more efficient and more effective, creating better terms in the local development and the entrepreneurial action of those areas.
